Event Information & Policies

We need to be mindful of our testimony as we represent our Father and King, and we appreciate everyone following the guidelines to help facilitate the best and safest experience for all. Please review this list with your participants so they are fully aware of the event policies and are in agreement, prior to coming on the event property. Registration Information

  • Visitation: This event is not open to the public. All visitors need to be registered through the FOTN registration page.
  • Registration Changes/Cancellations: If you want to change your registration information for activities, lodging, or any other submitted information, you will need to contact us by Sep 07nd, 2026.

Event Details

  • Location: Advent Christian Village Conference & Retreat Center, 11057 Dowling Park Drive, Live Oak, FL 32064.
  • Event Start Time / End Time: The event is scheduled from Sep 25th to Oct 4th, 2026. Check-in is at 1:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
  • Holy Days: From sundown, Sep 25th until sundown Sep 26th, we will observe the First Day of Sukkot in conjunction with the weekly Sabbath and from sundown, Oct 3rd until sundown Oct 4th, we will observe the Eighth Day, Shemini Atzeret in conjunction with the weekly Sabbath.
  • Emergencies: There is a clinic onsite with emergency services as well as a fire station (see map).
  • Security: The venue employs 24-hour security personnel that patrol the property for the safety of everyone.

Event Conduct & Guidelines

  • General Quiet Time for the Campground: is 10:00 pm. Please be mindful of those who are sleeping and refrain from loud talking, noise, music, shofars, etc.
  • Parking: All vehicles are to be parked in designated areas.
  • Fire Safety
    • Fires are only permitted in designated firepits, fire rings, or above-ground metal fire containers.
    • Absolutely no unattended fires are allowed at any time.
    • Minor children are not permitted to start or tend fires. Minor children must have adult supervision near any campfires.
    • All fires must be fully extinguished before leaving the area or going to sleep.
  • No Smoking/Vaping: For the health and comfort of everyone, smoking/vaping is not allowed at the event.
  • Prohibited Items: No alcoholic beverages, cannabis/THC, narcotics, fireworks, or weapons (including knives and guns) are permitted on camp property, except for lawful concealed carry, camping or cookware knives and archery items at the archery range. Anyone found with these items may be asked to leave without a refund.
  • Cabin Regulations: No men in women’s cabins, no women in men’s cabins, with the exception of family units or married couples. No inappropriate Public Displays of Affection (PDA).
  • Swimming: All river and pool swimming will only be available during scheduled times.
  • Personal Property: Please keep up with personal belongings and make sure that you gather all prior to leaving the camp.

Dress Code

  • Dress Code for this event:
  • Swim suits for ladies and men must be modest. Modest swimwear with a cover-up is required.
  • Ladies and men must wear modest apparel. No short shorts, no holey jeans, no bare midriffs, no skin-tight clothing unless worn underneath garments.

Supervision of Minors

  • Please provide adequate supervision of minors. By attending this event, you agree that you are responsible for any minors within your party.

Pet Policy

  • Pets: All pets must be constrained by leash or kennel to prevent inconvenience or disturbance of others. Pets must be kept at tent site or RV site. No pets are allowed for cabin accommodations. Pets are not allowed inside of cabins at any time. Do not bring your pets to any public gatherings, Harmony Center, river, or any other location on campus except at tent and RV camp site locations. All pet owners must clean up behind their pet and not leave waste on the ground without wrapping/bagging and discarding in a trash container. Pets must be on a leash or in a kennel at all times. All service dogs must wear the appropriate vest.

What to Bring to Camp (Packing List)

  1. Bible, notebook, and pen.
  2. Food or money for food.
  3. Sleeping bag and pillow or bed linens/blanket for a twin mattress.
  4. Modest casual and/or formal clothing.
  5. Modest swimwear.
  6. Good shoes and flip flops/sandals – bring an additional pair of shoes in case one pair gets wet.
  7. Insect protection.
  8. Sunscreen.
  9. Towel and basic bathroom toiletries.
  10. Pocket flashlight/headlamp.
  11. Marketplace/Grocer spending money.
